The
main point of Christianity is not the work we do but the relationship we
maintain and the atmosphere produced by our relationships. If you want
to be strong in the Lord, you must maintain a strong relationship with
Him. Before you can have a relationship with Jesus, it must be because
of your love for Him. That was why Jesus repeated His question to Peter
three times; He wanted the concept to be crystal clear that love is the
centre. We must love nothing in comparison to God but in reference to
Him alone. God is the only reason, the only concern and the only thing
for a true Christian. Life does not start with a love for people but a
love for God and that love overflows to people. If any man says he loves
God, he is under obligation to care for his fellow man. Our
relationship with God transcends time and influences all other
relationships. How is your relationship with Jesus?
